What kind of projects does GK Construction take on?
Private residences, commercial buildings, and end-to-end interior work — from joinery and false ceilings to terrace renovations, open showers and fountains. Everything is led in-house by our structural-engineer founder.
Where do you operate?
Headquartered in Tirunelveli, with active projects across Tamil Nadu — including Tuticorin, Tenkasi, Madurai and Kanyakumari districts.
How long does a typical project take?
A 2-4 BHK residence runs 10 to 14 months. Commercial builds span 12 to 20 months. Interior-only packages finish in 6 to 10 weeks. We lock a calendarised schedule before breaking ground.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. We are a single design-build studio — the same team that draws your home also pours its columns and hands you the keys.
How does pricing work?
Design and engineering are a fixed percentage. Construction is open-book — you see every invoice, every line item. No hidden margin on materials.
